Els entrenaments per categories estan dissenyats per adaptar-se a diferents nivells i grups d'edat, garantint que cada participant rebi una formació adequada i enfocada a les seves necessitats específiques.
Exclusive women’s training equipment.
Achieve a competitive level of windsurfing with training
Hours: Two Saturdays a month from 3pm to 6pm
Requirements: Have navigation autonomy
Training team with male and female adults
Hours: Every Friday from 3pm to 6pm
Requirements: Have your own sailing skate
Objectives: Training focused on improving navigation for competitions in the Catalan/Spanish/European territory and social regattas
Junior windsurfing equipment for boys and girls between 8 and 14 years old
Hours: Two weekends a month from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m
Introduction to the sport of sailing at sea and knowledge of the environment
Learn the main maneuvers of windsurfing
Learn to work in a team
Team Teenagers for young people between 15 and 20 years old

What Should I Bring to the Course?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that can get wet, sunscreen, a hat and water to stay hydrated. We will provide you with all the necessary equipment, including the boat and life jackets.
How long does the Sailing Course take?
We offer several course options: the 2-hour private class, the 3-hour course in one session, the 6-hour course split into two sessions, and the 12-hour course split into four sessions. All these options will allow you to learn the basic techniques and practice them at your own pace.
Can I do the course with my friends or family?
Yes, windsurfing courses are ideal to share with friends or family. Group sailing is a great way to enjoy the sea and share a memorable experience with your loved ones.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of a session?
In case of bad weather, the session will be postponed to ensure the safety of all participants. We will contact you to reschedule the session or offer you an alternative that suits your availability.
