All registrations and bookings made for activities, courses, or classes at Club Patí Vela Barcelona are considered firm and final once confirmed and paid.

2. Refunds and cancellations by the participant
Club Patí Vela Barcelona does not issue refunds (whether in cash, bank transfer, or card payment) under any circumstances, including the following cases:
- Cancelation by the participant
- Failure to attend the activity, regardless of the reason.
- Personal changes in availability, unforeseen circumstances, or private reasons.
In the event of a duly justified cancellation communicated at least 3 days in advance, or if an activity is postponed or cancelled due to weather or organizational reasons, the club will offer the participant a credit for the value of the amount paid.
This credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used for any other activity in our catalogue.
If the cancellation is communicated less than 24 hours in advance, a credit equivalent to 50% of the amount paid will be issued, under the same validity and usage conditions.
A full refund of the course fee will only be granted in cases of serious illness, duly supported by a medical certificate.
3. Cancellations due to weather conditions
Water activities are subject to weather conditions.
If weather conditions are adverse or unsafe, Club Patí Vela Barcelona reserves the right to cancel or postpone the activity. In such cases, the following will be offered:
- A new alternative date, or alternatively,
- A credit equivalent to the value of the affected session or course.
Under no circumstances will a monetary refund be provided.
4. Service Guarantee
Club Patí Vela Barcelona works to ensure the highest quality in all its activities.
In the event that, due to reasons attributable to the organization, an activity cannot take place, the same compensation options indicated above will apply: a new date or an equivalent credit.
3. ANTI-FRAUD CHECK
The customer’s purchase may be deferred for the anti-fraud check. It can also be suspended for a longer period of time for a more rigorous investigation, to prevent fraudulent transactions.
4. PRIVACY
